We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from beachweardesigners.com. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
How to Return Your Items
- Log in to your account at beachweardesigners.com and go to “My Orders” to start your return.
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Attach the returns label provided and send your parcel back to us.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order at beachweardesigners.com.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, swimwear, lingerie, and pierced earrings can only be returned if unworn, with hygiene seals intact.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
